We apologize for the inconvenience! In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 days to update tracking information. If it hasn’t updated within 2 days, send us an email & we can help you out :)

Unfortunately our system does not allow any changes/edits to be made once an order has been placed.

Please make sure to double check the address before placing an order.

If your order has been marked as delivered, but you are not able to find it:

1) Double check to make sure the shipping address is correct.

2) Ask your neighbors to see if they possibly had it delivered to their place.

3) If you are still unable to locate your package, please email us at hello@entityla.com to see how we can help. While we are not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our warehouse, we will do our best to help track down the package for you.

If your order has a pre-order item, all items will ship together once the pre-order item is ready to ship.

If you aren't totally happy with your purchase, we do accept returns for store credit only. For more info, please review our full return policy here.
